“Stabilize to Optimize” is a 4-week program that guides social entrepreneurs in stabilizing operations in their organization so that they can transition from start-up to an established organization that consistently generates revenue and has established partnerships for sales, staffing, and marketing. The goal of this program to make being a social entrepreneur and individual a joyful and fruitful experience and to prevent exhaustion, burnout, and over functioning. Social entrepreneurs are expected to see tangible changes in their emotional well-being and career well-being at the end of these 4 weeks.

Once you make the purchase, you will receive the Zoom meeting link to join the live, online sessions that will take place for 2 hours weekly. All sessions are on Wednesdays in October from 11a.m. to 1p.m. Participants will be emailed the recordings from the live sessions after each session if they miss a session or need it for future reference.

The full price of this event is $1,500, but the early bird rate is $1,250 if purchased by August 1, 2025.
